2003 BMW 325i: Removal/Replacement of Fan Shroud $100

I need help with removing and replacing a fan shroud on a 2003 BMW 325i. I just need help with this so I can replace the exhaust cam shaft position sensor. Please have an in depth knowledge of BMW autos, especially the E46 with M54 engine.
