We are one of the largest restaurant equipment & supply dealers in California established since 1983. Located in the center of greater Los Angeles, we supply all major brands of equipment and supplies. We are now looking for: Retail Merchandising Associate - *$1,000 Sign On Bonus! Requirements: · Able to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs. · Hard-working, strong customer focus, and a team player. · Great communication skills. · Attention to detail. Job Duties: Greet and service guests as workload are being completed. Be an expert and dedicated owner of select General merchandise areas to ensure the sales floor is full, in stock and accurately signed for guests. Complete system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy. Support guest services such as order pick up and helping guests to load/unload merchandise. Accurately execute all of the daily duties (ex. daily stocking, labeling out of stock, order pulling, guest requests) and back stock filling for General Merchandise efficiently and timely. Complete all back stock/overstock daily and weekly audits. Maintain back stock and store organization, location accuracy and follow inventory guidelines. Follow processes accurately with attention to detail, monitor own progress and accurately prioritize tasks. Provide service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. All other duties as assigned based on business needs.
