Employed Friendly Artist/musician Chef by trade Needs a place near or In or around north Hollywood or surrounding area or anywhere in LA. If you need a original songwriter vocalist that plays instruments in your band and has a room I can crash in then this is the perfect situation… I have a couple projects now But my main focus is music and art and kinda redirect the independent music scene I know this is a long shot but it never hurts to try!!! I can afford 300-400 maayyybe 500 a month if it’s a ideal situation
