City, county, and state officials have established hotlines to field various questions from the public. COVID-19 Hotlines Dakota County has a public hotline to answer COVID-19 questions Monday through Friday. Dakota County health questions: (952) 891-7834 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Minnesota Department of Health has three hotlines open to the public, and interpreters are available.
