Local self storage facility is looking for a part-time employee to perform self storage operations and maintenance tasks. The job includes general building and property maintenance including landscape, pest control, and debris removal. There are self storage specific operational tasks that will be trained. Occasional meetings with third-party vendors on property will be needed. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. The job requires one daily visit to the property Monday-Friday. We are offering the right candidate $15.00 per hour with a minimum of 12 hours pay per week. The ideal candidate has maintenance or property management experience. Customer service skills are a must! Tools and materials to perform the job will be provided. A vehicle and clean DMV record are required. We are an equal opportunity employer and drug free workplace.
