I was on the Q Train, evening of Saturday 2/19 -- around 7-8 PM. I was stuck in one of those awful corner seats, and about to move over when you got onboard at 14th Street. I let you take the open seat; you thanked me and said "I promise not to squish you." I was reading a book most of the time, and left the train at Newkirk. While I was leaving, you told me I'd been nice and to have a good night -- I said the same to you. I felt some regret when the train pulled away. If you see this, you should know that just being friendly enough to talk to someone on the subway makes you one-of-a-kind in this city. Hope you got home safe.
