Salary Range: Dependent on qualifications and experience Summary Under general direction, plans, directs, substance abuse counseling and group counseling for both youth and family as identified in contract and in charge of activities of designated program for compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reviews, evaluates and reports the effectiveness of agency program, proposals or plans; Makes recommendations on the programs operations by collecting, analyzing, projecting, and drafting program information to the Clinical Director Conducts audits of client files and other records to ensure compliance with agency goals and directives and recommends corrective action as needed. Coordinates all in-service training for program. Maintains client files in order and compliance with state and federal regulations. Schedules sessions with client and family as needed for treatment process. Implements the CYT curriculum with client as scheduled. Receives and makes program Calls and provides referrals as needed. Attends Juvenile court hearings for possible referrals to ANCHOR identified by the courts and juvenile probation department officers. Transports clients as needed for continued client treatment services. Completes treatment plan and all CMBHS documentation as needs to be in compliance. Assigns, monitors, and evaluates the client under his/her supervision, makes recommendations on discipline and other related decisions affecting client care services.
