EAGAN, MN — A well known Minnesota Vikings media personality is no longer working with the team. Mike Wobschall, who produced news reports and other content for the team, had been a public-facing employee of the club until last month.
Vikings spokesman Jeff Anderson confirmed in a statement to BringMeTheNews that Wobschall is no longer employed by the Vikings. However, Anderson would not comment on why Wobschall and the team parted ways.
Vikings spokesman Jeff Anderson: "Mike Wobschall is no longer an employee of the Minnesota Vikings. We wish him the best in his future endeavors. We do not believe it is appropriate to further comment on internal personnel matters."— Jon Krawczynski (@JonKrawczynski) November 5, 2019 He has worked for the Vikings since 2005, according to VikingsTerritory.com.

In their current 3-game winning streak, #Vikings have averaged 35 runs and 30 passes per game. As they try to close out the Redskins tonight, they are at 32 runs and 26 passes. Stick with the formula and keep grinding! #skol— Mike Wobschall (@wobby) October 25, 2019 The Vikings, 6-3, go on the road to play the 5-3 Dallas Cowboys on NBC's Sunday Night Football.
