Responsibilities Act with Integrity; Focus on Service; Nurture Collaboration and Perform with Passion Provide oversight for daily cleaning activities to meet specifications and quality standards at client sites across your territory Manage supplies, labor, repairs and maintenance in accordance to budget set out annually Conduct scheduled job site audits; resolve issues as required in a timely manner Communicate on an ongoing and regular basis with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction Train and supervise multiple direct reports, build and maintain a team that effectively accomplishes goals, objectives, and standards; manage performance expectations and deliverables, coach, redirect, and take corrective action Participate in recruitment and hiring processes for sites; manage team schedules, administer time/attendance systems within set budgets Prepare, analyze and submit reports on work activities and operations regularly using a variety of internal technology systems/programs and quality/audit procedures Coordinate and maintain all facilities supplies and equipment maintenance schedules and standards Respond and provide immediate support for after hour emergencies as required Ongoing acquisition and maintenance of industry technical expertise and knowledge necessary in running the day to day operations of a premier facilities maintenance company Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years’ success operating in a supervisory role responsible for an operations/services team, in the cleaning/janitorial/maintenance environment A high degree of passion, know-how and experience implementing and maintaining a high standard of quality, service and operational excellence Action oriented, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment; can effectively manage change Record of delivering, meeting and surpassing performance expectations individually and through a team Possess understanding and value client expectations; driven to work hard towards delivering excellence in client servicing, building relationships and partnering to offer solutions to challenging problems Excellent problem-solving skills - using expertise and ingenuity to find smart solutions Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety policies and safe practices Strong technical skills to learn and work with a variety of software, office suite and google mail/docs Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekends, on-call Ability and willingness to travel regularly within designated territory Clear Background check, valid driver’s license We are not just a company we’re a community, and we want you to be part of it!
