I have a punchlist of things from a home inspection report. Electrical, floor repairs in back of crawlspace, putting supports on the supply duct hanging in crawlspace, add dryer vent, repair or replace kitchen faucet, repair loose tile, repair shower head, repair ceiling where recess light is, seal cabinet flooring in the bathroom.
