Ecstatic Playground is a monthly event dedicated to the transformative power of play. Authentic Relating, or AR for short, is a way to open up to deep embodied states of realness with ourselves and others — a way to express how we actually feel while creating safety for others to relate and communicate what is present in them. If there’s anything that we’re passionate about here at EP it’s feeling alive and connected with our fellow humans. With various “real world” applications, AR is becoming an increasingly pertinent tool in the path to developing greater emotional intelligence, patience, empathy, and compassion; and not only in every day casual relationships but at the work place too :briefcase::rainbow: That’s why for our next EP we are beyond excited to be teeming up with guest facilitator Claudia Valarcon @claudiavalarcon who, with your two favorite silly boys @theconsciousgatherer & @thebagelbaron , will be leading a night of embodied expression and emotional insight.
