We will have 32 total available lifting spots. Male and Female competitors welcome.
THE WORKOUT:

Max Bench Press
You choose a weight for each lift.
Weight stays the same for the entire 5 minutes.
The score is the total amount of weight lifted.
Example:
Deadlift weight: 135 Deadlift, Reps: 100, Deadlift Total: 13,500
Bench weight: 95, Bench Reps: 100, Bench Total: 9,500
Combined TOTAL: 23,000
Awards to the highest combined total in Male & Female categories.
