This 4-course Sunday brunch is a collaborative event with vegan chef: @wrapitupshea and Ready Set Coffee at their Gordon Square location. On Sunday, February 27th come enjoy good vibes, unique vegan eats and great conversation at Ready Set Coffee's Gordon Square Coffee Bar! The brunch will be held from11AM-2PM. The first course will be served at 11:15 AM. Tickets for this event are $50 per person, which includes the entire brunch and drinks (unlimited mimosas and drip coffee). Below are the descriptions for the food that will be offered at the brunch! Course 1: Roasted Red Pepper Zucchini Fritters Roasted vegetable fritters fried and served with avocado crema. Course 2: Strawberry Bread French Toast Scratch-made bread bursting with strawberries dipped in whisky cream and topped with strawberry butter and syrup. Course 3: Stuffed Collards Think grape leaves but the filling is Pinto Gallo and wrapped with collard leaves. Course 4: Ready Set Coffee Cake Brown sugar swirls sprinkled with a touch of Ready Set Coffee's 'Amplifire' coffee.
