Marigold's is popping up in The Kitchen with an assortment of comfort food. Marigold's is popping up for lunches in The Kitchen! Marigold’s offers a diverse assortment of comfort food inspired by “Mom's” home cooking. She’s well known in the Kansas City area for both her food truck and wedding catering. She'll be serving several of her best selling items from her food truck menu: Mixed green side salad with feta, red onion, spiced pecans, citrus and balsamic vinaigretteBBQ-Miso Wonton Tacos with fresh pineapple and pickled red onionsChicken Pot PieKorean marinated ribeye sliced super thin and piled atop white rice with sesame seeds,sauteed onions & peppers and green onions Black Bean Corn Quesadilla with Creamy Tomatillo SauceBeverages: Alcoholic beverages may be purchased separately from either Topp’d Pizza + Salads or Butterfield’s Bakery & Market. TICKET DETAILS: No ticket or pre-registration is required for this event. It is open to public. but customers must purchase their food from the pop-up restaurant. PARKING: Park in the free on-site parking garage accessible from eastbound 87th Street Parkway and either Penrose Street or Winchester Street. From the ground level, enter the Lenexa City Hall building across from the garage, near the statue of Na-Nex-Se. Once inside the lobby, head to the right (east) through the art gallery to enter The Kitchen. The Kitchen is one level above the Market floor. The Lenexa Public Market is an indoor food hall and marketplace near 87th Street Parkway and I-435 at Lenexa City Center. It features a variety of merchants that offer fresh foods and locally sourced products.
