We are rehoming Rena (her name means Joy) I have been having trouble with an ongoing illness. There are so many great things to say about Rena, here is a start:  She is a Border Collie Mix (We had a DNA test done on her and will provide it to you)) She is a rescue.  She is a perfect size, 32 lbs, approximately 2 ½ years old, Black/Brown Color (short hair with little shedding) with white paws, super cute! Everybody at Starbucks (plenty of pup cups) and the dog park think so too. She is really fast, so it is fun to watch her play with other dogs at the dog park and she comes to her name. Treat oriented.  She loves people and other dogs, no kidding.  She is potty trained. We live on the 3rd floor of an apartment, and she does great. We regulate her potty times instead of waiting for signals.  She walks great on a leash. She is trained to walk on my right. We sometimes use a gentle leader.  She is the smartest dog we have owned. Highly adaptable.  High energy and needs exercise, however, is able to slack around the apartment if we are unable to give her some play time outside.  She does well outside in reasonably cold weather.  She is submissive and likes belly rubs.  We don’t feed her human food and she is good about eating her dog food.  Sleeps well in her kennel all night.  Plays with her toys and bones and enjoys showing off to us.  She does have separation anxiety when we leave and we have been working on it with training and medicine we have gotten from the vet. I am giving you a lot of information because I believe full disclosure is necessary. That way you don’t have to start from scratch. I am her primary caregiver and due to ongoing illness, I have to rehome her. She needs to be rehomed as soon as possible. If you are interested, please contact me. Small rehoming fee. It includes her living room bed, kennel, other accessories and any leftover food supplies. We would welcome you to our apartment and have her greet you and we would answer any other further questions you may have.
