Female pomsky available for adoption to great family

Potentially rehoming a 9 month old female pomsky (75% pomeranian/25% husky cream color) The right home/family is most important and a rehoming fee will apply. Only reason I am potentially rehoming her is because I have 2 other dogs (1 cat) already and I honestly don't have the yard space so she can live her best life. We go to dog parks and go on a ton of walks. A big yard would be nice but not a deal breaker. I'm in no rush and also have family members interested so just seeing what interest she brings to a great family. *Spayed/ Up to date on shots and in great health/crate trained/potty trained/extremely food motivated so makes training alot easier. She prefers to sleep in her crate and doesn't jump on furniture. Also very quiet, can bark sometimes during play, meeting new people but very minimal noise. Very confident, very friendly towards all dogs and people. she LOVES kids and also respects my cats space. I have all her paperwork and medical records.
