Pop-up Shop & Day Party hosted by Club Enclave Killeen. This is a vending/networking opportunity for small business owners. Please note that space is very limited. The success and foot traffic for this event is highly based on the promotions done by the participants. This event will also have paid promotions. Please complete all fields of this application. Vendor fees that must be paid to be considered a vendor. First come first served. It is suggested that each vendor bring their entire set up (table/chairs are limited)Water and (2) complimentary non-alcoholic drinks will be provided registered vendors. Space is limited. Each business is limited to a maximum of 3 personnel per business. Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands. We encourage vendors to be as unique as possible with your display. If you need further assistance with your setup please contact the host and we'll do our best to assist you. Event host are not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the exposition floor. In addition, event host assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects. Vendors may have access to event space beginning 11:30 am. The event concludes at 5:00 pm. They may be network/mingling time after 5:pm. If you have not arrived before 1 pm you will not be permitted to set up. This allows us to be considerate of the other vendors & patrons. Participation in the March 19th, 2022 Pop-up Shop & Day Party is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services. We ask that you respect the facility at all times. Vendors will be accountable for any damages to the facilities that they are responsible for. Vendor expo floor location is chosen on a first come first serve basis, please arrive in a timely manner. Please contact event coordinator with payment questions.
