This class is designed to create more awareness around how our programming in our brains works so that we can have better, more open conversations and dialogue with our partners, our clients, and our kids! We all have programming based on our life experiences and behavioral patterns. Learn how to become more aware of those and how to increase your communication to get more sales to keep more clients and have better long-term relationships with those that are important to you! A little about our guest speakers: In May of 1980 Rick Geha got his real estate license amidst pressure from many of his family he got his real estate license, while swearing he’d never do it for a living. Rick was already in the process of applying to dental schools, and, soon after getting his real estate license, he found out he was rejected by 13 dental schools. Therein began his career in real estate. He just celebrated 41 Years of selling homes here in Northern California on May 15, 2021! Rick has spent parts of the last 30 years enjoying coaching, speaking and training in the industry, while maintaining The Rick Geha Real Estate Team. At one point, he was involved in ownership of 9 Keller Williams Realty Offices. Rick says his life has been much simpler since he left ownership and those responsibilities and has dedicated his career to helping those on his team, and those he coaches and mentors around the US and Canada. Rick Geha is a Master Coach with Workman Success Systems. Rick has now been speaking and coaching in the real estate industry as a thought-leader since 1993, over 28 years . He is married to the love of his life, Casey, for 7 years. He has two sons, Anthony, 35, and Joseph 32. He lives in Pleasant Hill, California. (tee hee) Casey is a San Francisco Bay Area native who knew at 19 she was ready to take ownership of her life and start her first business.
