Equites Dei Training Solutions presents Professor Ben Rhodes's sweeps and leg locks 101 jiujutsu Workshop. April 9, 2022 Equites Dei Training Solutions and the Warrior Warehouse be hosting Professor Ben Rhodes's Seeps and leg locks 101 jiujutsu workshop with a focus on imporving prostions and and leg lock techniques. We will start promptly at noon and end at 2:00 pm. If you wish to participate in the event before arrival please remove all jewelry. Arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign-in on the class roster and liability waiver. The attire for this event will be workout clothing. The topics to be discussed in addition to the, sweeps in regards to escapes and a brief question and answer period. Cost for the event is $75 per person hope to see you there!
