Please Help - Pleco fish? Anybody with a freshwater tank?

I have had a tiny common pleco named Pastry for a couple months now. He is super cute and super small (they do get a foot or more long tho!) but unfortunately I have had to move around with my living situation and I have ended up in an apartment with a few other people. I have had to put him in a smaller tank during the move and with how crowded we are and the fact that I dont know how many years I will be here, i don’t think i’ll have the space to take care of the size freshwater tank he is going to need. I am wondering if there is anybody at all that could benifit from a common pleco in there freshwater tank, or if you know of somebody who might. I really want him to have a good home and I dont want to give him to a petstore and risk someone getting him without having done proper research or having experience with fish. Thank you.
