The only problem with your plan is 1) biden will likely not resign before the midterms. If he does by choice or by the 25th and appoints harris then 2) no way will harris resign before the midterms 3) pelosi will not be speaker after the mid terms so harris cannot resign and appoint the speaker, so the country will be subjected to 2+ years of harris which will likely guarantee a GOP majority in all 3 branches for the foreseeable future.
Unfortunately, the democrats blind hatred of Trump and the MSMs lap dog parroting of the false accusations has done the democrats no favors. In fact they may have committed political suicide.
