Join us every Saturday for a walk/run through Robinson Preserve and earn rewards from our partners, Fit2Run & Bayshore Nutrition! Join us every Saturday to breathe in the fresh air, challenge yourself, & create community. Savor the trip along the 1-3 mile routes through Robinson Preserve and notice as life becomes a little more vibrant. The group leader will offer a warm up then participants run, walk or stroll at our own pace with a cool down stretch offered at the finish. Get rewarded for your efforts by our partners Fit2Run, The Runner's Superstore and Bayshore Nutrition. Group meets at The NEST at Robinson Preserve at 8am from September-May and 7am during June-August to beat the summer heat. Program is FREE and open for public participation – Sign in required upon arrival We have a passion to preserve and protect our environment in Manatee County, mixed with a compassion for the well-being of our community and its visitors. From ecological testing of our estuaries’ water quality to organizing yoga classes for the visitors to our beaches to offering classes for healthy relationships, the Parks & Natural Resources Department staff take to heart their responsibilities of ensuring we are all surrounded by a safe and beautiful environment that will enhance the quality of life for all in Manatee County.
