EAGAN, MN — The city of Eagan says motorists should expect lane closures and delays as Dakota County starts construction on Cliff Road this week and Pilot Knob Road next week. Starting Wednesday, work will be done on the road from Interstate 35E to east of Lexington Avenue. Next week, construction will begin on Pilot Knob Road from Diamond Path to Delores Lane. Dakota County will begin work on Cliff Road (Co. Rd 32) from I-35E to east of Lexington Ave (Co. Rd 43) on Wed 7/29 and on Pilot Knob Road (Co. Rd 31) from Diamond Path (Co.
