Description

The Breath + Body workout 5 minute breath work 10 minute mobility 45 minute bodyweight strength, core, and conditioning workout. This workout provides breathing techniques and practices that allow your body to perform more effectively while improving your body awareness, strength, and athleticism. Mats will be provided. We can't wait to sweat with you! Due to new Chicago COVID mandates, starting January 3rd , everyone must provide proof of vaccination for COVID-19, as well as a photo ID to attend the event.
