Press release from the Metropolitan Police Department: February 17, 2022 Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Third District announce an arrest has been made in an Armed Robbery (Gun) offense that occurred on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, in the 1200 block of Columbia Road, Northwest. At approximately 7:12 pm, the suspects approached the victim at the listed location. The suspects brandished a handgun and took property from the victim. The suspects fled the scene. On Wednesday, February 16, 2022, a 17 year-old juvenile male, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Armed Robbery (Gun).
