Leadership Discovery is an innovative program that allows participants the opportunity to learn from experienced business leaders in the Charleston region. Participants in this program build valuable community connections and gain skills that will directly impact their current work. In addition to mentor sessions, they will receive a personalized DiSC Leadership Profile Assessment from Jean Meeks-Koch, Ph.D., CEO and Founder of Positively People, LLC, and attend a three-course business etiquette dinner led by Cynthia Grosso of Charleston School of Protocol. This year's class will begin on February 15 with a socially distanced orientation at the Chamber's headquarters in Park Circle and will conclude in May at Halls Signature Events at 5 Faber.
