EAGAN, MN — The Recycling Zone in Eagan temporarily closed Friday after a case of coronavirus was confirmed in an on-site contractor staff member. "Out of an abundance of caution," the site is now shut down until Sept. 2. Dakota County officials say they will continue to monitor the situation.
