Looking for a loving forever home for the sweetest boy

I am in DESPERATE need of a loving home for my sweet boy Nikko. I had to leave my home due to a divorce and I’m now living with my mom and since I'm in school full time and now in my clinical rotations I'll be living here for at least the next year and unfortunately her landlord will not budge and will not allow me to keep him here. I have spent the last few months searching for a long-term foster for him and I have not been able to find anything so at this point I need him to find him a LOVING home. He needs plenty of exercise, walked at least three time a day and definitely thrives with a fenced in yard. He loves toys and bones and loves to play. He's 100% house trained and doesn't chew but I do crate him when I'm not home because he can get anxiety when left alone and feels really safe and secure in his crate. He is amazing with children and great with other dogs but I’m unsure about cats. He’s three years old, neutered, UTD on all vaccines and heart worm/ flea prevention and heartworm positive. He’s about 60 pounds and in very good physical shape. I will be asking a small rehoming fee to make sure he goes to a loving home, re-homing for free is extremely dangerous. And I will 100% be requiring a home check. He is the most loving, sweetest boy and he deserves a loving home, not ending up in an animal shelter.
