Press release from the McHenry County Government: 02/18/2022 3:49 PM PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State's Attorney, announced that Nathan Rigg, 35, of Woodstock, Illinois, was convicted of two counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault, a Class X Felony, following a bench trial before the Honorable McHenry County Judge Coppedge.  The defendant is scheduled to be sentenced on April 14, 2022.  This case was investigated by members of the Woodstock Police Department.  The case was prosecuted by Tyler Mikan and Ashur Youash of the McHenry County State's Attorney's Office.  ##### This press release was produced by the McHenry County Government.
