Press release from Downers Grove Grade School District 58: February 18, 2022 Dear District 58 Staff and Families, Late last evening, the Illinois Appellate Court issued a ruling regarding the Sangamon County Circuit Court's Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) on COVID-19 mandates for schools. The Appellate Court dismissed the Governor's appeal. Therefore, there will be no changes to the status quo for District 58 and the Board-approved plan will continue moving forward.
