What an enjoyable summer and fall it has been reaching out to voters to convey my message of a more connected, inclusive, and sustainable Eagan!That said, what a relief it is for Election Day to have finally arrived; all that’s left is for the voters to decide. Regardless of the outcome, I will never regret this endeavor. Don't be jaded by national politics; this experience has been nothing but thoroughly positive and uplifting. I have made so many new friends and strengthened more old friendships than I ever could have imagined.We can’t anticipate every issue that may arise before the Eagan City Council in the next four years; that’s why I centered my campaign around the values that would drive my decisions. I feel that those values, and your input, will give me a strong foundation upon which to evaluate any proposal. Our democracy succeeds only to the degree that everyone participates; I am committed to a more expansive, inclusive democracy.A big thank you to my family members who have been so patient these past few months, and to everyone who has offered support in so many different ways.
