We are hiring for both full-time and part-time. Qualifications •Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, some weekdays, holidays, and as business dictates •Must have valid cosmetology license for the state of California •3+ year experience in customer service, retail, and or for the related position you wish to apply for the more you know the more money you will earn •Highly motivated, enthusiastic team player, driven by exceeding our sales performance aspirations and creating an innovative customer experience •High standards of personal appearance & professional behavior •Ability to stand on your feet for up to eight hours at a time •Strong communication/listening skills MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH) any other languages are a plus Responsibilities •Some services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling that result in sales, services and products that exceed the guest's expectations •Educates clients on our organic, vegan, and Salon products, services, and treatments to assist them in maintaining their style •Serves as an expert in beauty analysis, maintenance regimens while staying current in style and technique •Assisting in store duties (e.g., filling Salon retail displays, shelves, and helping with basic clean up wiping down and taking trash out at the end of business day) •Maintain a clean and tidy workspace environment, adhering to COVID-19 regulations •Keep up to date on current trends and products
