Hi, im newly 18. I move out very soon and im looking into getting a pup. Preferably a female, maybe with shots if possible (i can afford the shots and such). Breed doesnt matter, but im trying to stay away from pitbulls because of apartment rules. I love dogs and have always wanted one. My budget is 100 dollars and below.
