Documentary on car artist? Think there would be interest?

I am a fine artist, who does oil paintings of classic cars. I was mulling over trying to pitch a series of docs on classic car painting, but not like Bob Ross, who did a whole show on doing one painting from scratch, usually a nature setting, My idea is to spend half the show showing the artist choosing the right car, then choosing right background and the last half would show the evolution of the painting. I tried this once but the You Tuber refused to do any edits--he just wanted something up on You tube fast. Contact me and I'll give you the You Tube title. Any You Tube documentarians out there who like cars (yes ICE cars) who can get up at unGodly hours of the morning to shoot? This is not a pitch to hire you--this would be a pilot for a series we would originate together with myself as the artist. It would help if you've already sold a documentary video before so I can see it on You Tube. Once you contact me i can give your URLs of national magazines who have done stories on my art.
