Headstone Installer Needed for Loveland

I need to have a 48" x 12" x 6" heavy Granite headstone installed at the Loveland Cemetery. I need someone who has some knowledge of what is needed. I believe you need a concrete base underneath it. I will attach photos of the stone and specs. Please email with any questions and provide cost.
