Our family is doing some DIY renovations at our home and we are looking for someone with remodeling experience that can help. Work includes a bathroom remodel, minor kitchen remodel, as well as some work in the basement and attic. Experience with drywall, carpentry, tile, as well as basic plumbing and electrical is preferred. We can provide you with room and board (eat with us if you'd like) in exchange for your work. The work expectations would be 4-5 days/wk, 8 hrs/day. We are a quiet family of four and in order for this to be a good fit we would need someone who is responsible, kind and also relatively quiet. We anticipate the work to take about month...two at the most. However, if the fit is good, there could be possibilities to extend. Centrally located and very close to the 27 bus route near the corner of Monroe and Wendover.
