Looking for a Good Human to join our Commercial Landscape & Landscape Maintenance team. Must have a positive can do attitude, be respectful, be energetic, and be professional in appearance. A love for the outdoors and performing at a high level is a must. Looking for a Career Minded Individual who can take on responsibility and follow our processes and procedures to help us build the best landscape maintenance company in BOISE Experienced People welcome, however, experience NOT necessary as we will train the right individual. Boise Landscape & Lawn is currently hiring for a new team member. Full Time - Some Saturday's during peak seasonal cleanups/projects and some Sunday's in Winter Time weather storms. Yearly Position All team members are expected to work across all divisions of service in order to create the strongest landscape maintenance and landscape skill set. Spring Cleanups Weekly Services - small mowing, flat topping, edging, weeding, mid size mowers, and blowers Small Engine Maintenance and Repair - we maintain our own equipment Projects - Tree Pruning, Tree/Shrub Removals, Tree/Shrub Planting, Sod Install, Hardscapes, Walkways. etc. Sprinklers - Turn on's, Inspections, Sprinkler Repairs, Winterizations Fertilizing/Roundup Weed applications Fall Cleanups - Shrub Pruning, Leaf Cleanups Winter Snow/Ice Management - Truck Plow, 4-Wheeler Plow, Hand Shovel, Granular Ice Melt, Liquid Ice Melt - November through February. All days and times as needed. Winter snow ice management all hours and all days as needed to handle whatever mother nature delivers. Flexibility in scheduling a must. Full time hours available regardless of the weather. We are a small company looking for a good human to join us.
