Any Blues/Rock Keyboardists out there?

I am in the beginning stages of putting a 4 piece group together. The only position I need filled is a keyboardist who hopefully sings as well, at least backup vocals. This group will be all about FUN and no DRAMA. It will be flexible and there will be no set practice sessions. I have been playing music a long time and I realize everyone's schedules are crazy. My thoughts are that ir would be good to get together once every 2 weeks or so for a couple of months and get things dialed in. To give you an idea of the material I will tell you I am formulating that right now and a good 50% of the material will be Grateful Dead, CCR, Tom Petty, Allman Brothers, SRV, Clapton and a couple of others. We can play some classic rock of course, and there are some Gospel Blues type of songs I would like to explore as well ( Billy Preston, Bob Dylan, etc.) I have decent rehearsal space and will have a future studio complected by late this Summer. I live on Lake Tillery and that of course may be an issue, but that is another reason why I am going to be very flexible with getting together. As far as what the goal would be, I have no illusions of making money with this. I do hope that we can play out some by Summer or Fall. Im open to what may come our way. The bottom line is this, I do not want this to be a burden for anyone. Lets have fun and make some good music. If we do that, doors will open.
