Qualifications: ~ 2+ years' experience in irrigation, water management and conservation. ~ Professional appearance (uniform shirts provided), professional attitude and teamwork. ~ Ability to operate landscape equipment, various tools and irrigation parts safely. ~ Ability to delegate responsibilities while mentoring constructively. ~ Time efficiency and management. ~ Valid driver's license and background check (fee will be reimbursed). Roles & Responsibilities: ~ Customer Service - Communicate professionally via phone and in person to all clients, vendors and co-workers. ~ Sprinkler Repair/ Installation - Perform quality sprinkler repairs/ installations and landscaping tasks. - Maintain client appointments/ time management/ scheduling. - Communicate bid estimates, sales, services and invoicing to clients. ~ Project Development/ Landscaping - To carry out and delegate manual labor assignments with landscape crew and managers. Including, but not limited to property cleanup, grading, sod installations, flower bed development, garden boxes, drip systems and irrigation reconfigurations. ~ Reporting - Provide continual status or progress reports for daily tasks/ operations, including (not limited to) client feedback, time records and sales to office team or field manager. Preferred Skills: ~ Self-motivated, Detail Oriented, Efficient Communicator, Quality Control Management. *Spanish speaking or comprehension helpful, not required.
