Julius Portnoy a homeless thief w/deformed ears will befriend you and pretend he’s straight but he’s really a closeted queer. He will clean your house, act real helpful but he’s really a low down thief who will steal anything and everything. He might start off stealing small things but eventually whatever he can get that benefits him. He lurks around 6 th Street /Howard / Bryant Streets as well as 1st and Folsom. He claims to be Russian, he’s a low life thief, do not let into your house.
