Warning! Phone scammer /Samsung/ Iphone

I recently got scammed by someone on Craigslist for wanting to purchase a phone at Starbucks near Tesla in Fremont. (He wanted to meet at tesla first but I was at Starbucks and he met me here) I purchased a phone that looked great and had a clean IMEI and he switched it out last minute when putting it in the box The man was African American, he had highlights in his hair, he had dangling earrings, he was in his late 20's or early 30's. Chubby. AND THE HIGHEST PITCHED VOICE! He also had nice cologne on and was stylish. He drives a newer version white Toyota camry. Currently warning the community as he knew I was driving 2 hours to get to him, while.i brought my kids and wife with me. The situation could have been worse than losing $1000. (P.s. we went to a store prior to getting the phone and they told me they discontinued it and the upgrade was not better and we resulted to finding this one on craigslist). If you guys run into him, please contact me. I will be giving a $350 reward for anyone that can give me a name.
