Looking for a self motivated general laborer to do light construction/maintenance on multiple owned properties. All tools/equipment provided. On going gig with at least 1 year of work-renewed with monthly contract. -painting -interior/exterior -general maintenance - light Contruction (repair/renovation interior and exterior) -light electrical/plumbing - dry wall - flooring -basic automotive maintenance -landscaping /fencing/ deck/garden -clean up/organizing -occasional property/animal supervision -other duties as needed Must be self motivated and flexible. Ideal for someone semi-retired who is looking for a low stress gig or a very motivated and self taught Do it yourselfer tired of high pace high stress work. Reasonable expectations and flexible schedule. Limited direct supervision. Will meet monthly to determine primary project focus and determine project needs. Private housing provided. Expected work hours are 30-40 hours per week- but may vary depending on project focus. Drug testing and drivers License required to operate company vehicle. Immigrant /non-US worker OK with legal papers to work in US- however must have some English skill. Fastest response is text to 785-543-4 six six one.
