Hiring Carpenter for New home builds

I am a spec home building in Westport Washington and looking to add (1) skilled carpenter to my team. I have 1 flip to finish up over the next month and then we start 5 new houses. If you can handle builds from ground up (Concrete-Final) definitely get in contact with me. If you are a carpenter who can fill my duties below contact me. I am not looking for electricians, drywallers, painters, tilers, or any specific tradesmen. Details includes- Monday-Thursday 7am to 5pm in Westport Exterior- Siding, Roofing, Painting, Decking Building Interior- Cabinets, Doors, Closets, Trim, Appliance Setting, Tile, Paint, Final touch up. Must have: Valid Driver's license and Reliable Transportation Your own tools (I have my own) Solid attitude and ability to work your shift consistently and on time Pay: Cash to start, $300-500 a day depending on your capabilities, professionalism and experience. I can add you to a big company payroll I have and include a job offer with benefits, time off and health care after 60 days if we are going to continue working together. Drug addicts and people who drinks on the job will be quickly and rudely kicked off my jobsites so pick a different post to reply on if your spun or need to drink during 7am-5pm.
