We're looking for a team of people who naturally thrive in customer service. A crew member at Sweet Honey Tea is expected to perform a multitude of food and customer service tasks. As a crew member, you are the face of the brand and provide the first and only contact with the customers. As a crew member you will greet the customer as they approach the counter, take their orders and prepare their orders. As a crew member, you will ensure the customers order is prepared in an accurate and timely matter.
