We are seeking a room or space for a musical project in the Ct or Ri coastal areas. We are older musicians, very responsible and considerate of our neighbors. We would probably use the space twice a week, either on weekday evenings or on weekends. We would like the space to be secure, clean, heated, with indoor plumbing available if needed. No drugs, alcohol, or other negative elements. One of our personnel is retired law enforcement, another is an insurance executive, and myself, a construction superintendent.
