Seeking carpenter or handyman with framing experience

I'm looking for 1 or 2 people who can help with my project building a granny flat. I am converting a 20 y/o storage building into living space with a kitchen and bathroom. At this stage, I'm fixing the floor, bracing the attic and framing walls. I need help Sunday and Monday 2/20, 2/21. In the future I will need help with window and door installation, insulation, drywall, painting, siding, roofing, plumbing, fence work and HVAC. I will do most of the electric. If you have experience or certification in plumbing/electric or HVAC, I can use your help later in the project. Some of the work involves lifting or carrying heavy lumber, e.g. 2x10x14s and 4x8 OSB Flooring. All work must be done according to NC/International Building Codes. Work will be ongoing most weekends till complete. Please bring your own basic and specialized tools, etc, depending on experience. Everyone should have their own gloves, safety glasses, and be able to show proof of COVID vaccination. I can pay 20-35/hr, depending on experience.
