Equity Home Improvement is looking for Team Member to build Residential and Commercial Fencing Projects throughout Austin and the surrounding. Once hired, we are looking to quickly fill Foreman roles internally. Requirements: Reliable Transportation Not on Probation Basic Tools Knowledge Preference goes to candidates with Resume's Pay is $700 to $1600 a week (or more) We pay everyone from Helpers, to the owner by their performance. Pay for Team Members is a "per linear foot amount" for everything their team produces, and is paid out after each job is complete. This means that if you are making $2/linear foot, and your team completes a 600 LF job (about 1 week of work for a 2 man crew) that you make $1200 personally.
