Barista Responsibilities •Provides Legendary Customer Service to all customers while making delicious beverages. •Creates bonds with customers to create a culture of ‘regulars’ •Performs tasks to accomplish store daily routines •Follows and enforces Cash Handling Procedures and Policies •Consistently informs customers about Coffee Promotions to reach store goals •Shares responsibility for store cleanliness and equipment maintenance •Adheres to all company policies and procedures •Ensures all customers consistently receive high-quality products by adhering to all beverage recipes and food safety policies
