A property management company in W. Mt. Airy/Germantown is actively seeking to hire two (2) Custodians/Janitors. If you are a motivated worker who is able to follow verbal and written instructions, work well alone and with others, is reliable, punctual and pays attention to details, then we want to hear from you. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Performs general sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, polishing furniture, clean kitchen appliances and room accessories as needed. Scrubbing sinks, basins, toilets, tubs, tiles etc. in private and public bathrooms. Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors. Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products. Qualifications: 1. Reliable transportation to ensure consistent dependability **Preferred but not required 2.
