Looking for an on site lease option for a horse. Intermediate rider just looking to do trail, round pen, and basic grooming. Lease MUST come with tack use. I would like to do a full lease but a partial is also fine depending on price, location, and days offered. Willing to sign a contract for the season or for the year if possible. I prefer to stay within the city of Colorado Springs or Fountain areas. Serious owners ONLY! I just want to ride and enjoy my connection with the horse. Thanks!
